Security Quote Questions?

We have listed many of the questions that we often receive about the security quote process.

  • How is your service free? Our purchasing site is free to you, but our providers are charged a small fee for every match they receive.

  • Can I request quotes for multiple products? We recommend adding any services that you need to the “Additional Details” field.

  • How many providers will I be matched to? It varies but it will never be more than 4 local providers. Some of our competitors will send your information to half-dozen security companies. We believe that security is a more personal experience and having this many providers does not help the buyer in any way. It only creates unnecessary chaos.

  • How do I know which suppliers I was matched to? Most will contact you right away but sometimes it can take up to 2 business days.

  • How do you get your providers? We have partnered with the top providers in each market. Our team has been in the security industry for years so we have a good sense of which suppliers can operate at world-class levels.
